FASTRIP AP is a compact off-line stripping system for aluminum extruders, coaters, and fabricators that need to restore painted profiles in-house.
The system is designed to handle profiles up to 550 lb and 26 ft in length. Stripping is performed in a heated immersion tank followed by a dedicated rinsing tank, with an average cycle time of approximately 3 hours, depending on coating type and thickness.
Profiles are loaded using racks or baskets and moved automatically through the process. The ergonomic loading and unloading position, combined with active fume extraction and built-in safety systems, allows safe operation next to existing processing lines or as a standalone system.
For optimal performance, FASTRIP AP is designed to work with ALIT Metalstrip alkaline paint strippers, providing consistent stripping results, extended bath life, and reduced chemical consumption.
