FASTRIP FP

Filtration System for Paint Stripping Baths

A filtration system designed to remove sludge from paint stripping baths and extend the service life of chemical solutions.

SYSTEM OVERVIEW

FASTRIP FP is a filtration system designed to remove sludge from chemical paint stripping baths and keep the process running consistently over time.

By separating solids from the stripping solution, the system helps maintain bath performance, reduce chemical consumption, and limit downtime caused by contaminated baths.

The system is built around a filter press connected to a sludge sedimentation tank and a filtered-liquid recovery tank. Sludge is extracted from the stripping bath, allowed to settle, and then filtered. The cleaned stripping solution is collected and returned to the process.

FASTRIP FP can operate in continuous or batch mode. Level sensors and software-controlled logic manage filling and discharge automatically, reducing manual handling and operator intervention.

Flocculant dosing units can be integrated to improve sludge separation and filtration efficiency.

BENEFITS & PERFORMANCE

Longer bath life

Keep chemistry stable for longer periods.

Lower chemical costs
Reduces the need for frequent bath replacement and fresh chemical additions.
Less downtime
Prevents performance drops caused by contaminated baths and unplanned cleanouts.
Cleaner operation
Separates sludge and filtered liquid in dedicated tanks, reducing handling and mess.
Low operator involvement
Automatic level control and filtration cycles minimize manual intervention.
