FASTRIP ISP is an in-line chemical stripping system for hooks and racks used in electrostatic powder coating lines.
The system installs under the overhead conveyor. Hooks and racks remain suspended on the line and pass through the stripping bath during production flow.
Tank length is configurable, from approximately 15 ft to 43 ft, allowing contact times of up to 3 minutes depending on line speed and process requirements.
The stripping bath is heated electrically and can be equipped with ultrasonic transducers to support effective paint removal while preserving the base material. The system is designed for continuous operation and can be connected to a FASTRIP FP filtration unit to maintain bath performance over time.
Clean hooks and racks exit the bath ready for reuse, supporting stable electrostatic charge transfer in subsequent coating cycles.
Dedicated tanks for stripping, rinsing, and handling support a repeatable shop-floor process.
