FASTRIP MT

Multi-Stage Chemical Paint Stripping System

A modular chemical stripping system designed to recover aluminum profiles and castings that need to be repainted.

SYSTEM OVERVIEW

FASTRIP MT is a multi-stage stripping system designed to recover painted aluminum profiles and castings that would otherwise be scrapped or manually sanded. It provides a controlled process for preparing parts for repainting.

The system is built around a sequence of treatment tanks arranged in a linear process flow. Parts are moved from one stage to the next using an overhead bridge crane, with a catwalk that allows operators to safely monitor each step of the process.

The process starts with a heated stripping bath (max 130°F), followed by a rinse. Parts then move through alkaline pickling (105–120°F), a second rinse, an acid neutralization bath, and a final rinse.

FASTRIP MT uses low-temperature chemical baths during key stripping phases, reducing energy consumption while maintaining effective coating removal.

Its modular design allows the system to expand over time, making it suitable for growing production volumes or more refined process requirements.

BENEFITS & PERFORMANCE
