Its compact footprint allows the unit to be installed directly next to existing lines, making it a practical choice for facilities with limited floor space.
Parts are loaded into custom stainless steel baskets and processed inside an enclosed chamber. During each cycle, heated stripping solution is sprayed evenly over the parts, ensuring consistent coating removal from ferrous metals and light alloys while protecting the base material.
Stripping cycles are fully programmable to match different metals and coating types. Depending on process requirements, rinsing can be integrated into the same machine or performed in a separate dedicated unit.
FASTRIP S can be connected to a filtration systems to extend the life of the stripping solution and support stable, repeatable production cycles.
